Dr Amrik Manku

Dr Amrik Manku has over 30 years’ experience as a professional orthodontist. He has dedicated his life to dentistry developing an abundance of experience, and he has an interesting background. He was born in Kenya and studied dentistry at London University in UK. He practised as a General Dentist in the UK and Kenya. After migrating to Australia, he was employed as a staff dentist at Broken Hill Base Hospital and then after moving to Sydney, at the Sydney Dental Hospital. He completed his post graduate training in Orthodontics at Sydney University in 1985 and has since been practising as a Specialist Orthodontist in private practice.
He is a member of many professional associations including the Australian Society of Orthodontists, Australian Dental Association, the World Federation of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr Amrik Manku has an active interest in ongoing research. Through regular attendance of continuing educational programmes Dr Manku keeps well updated with recent advances in orthodontic technology. His primary focus is achieving a smile for his patients that will make them look and feel their best.
